I'll be there as time sweeps away
Each true heartbeat tender moment
Just you will know that I'll be there.

Our past echoes and slowly fade
Near, far, or wherever you are 
Emerging day, crisp nature shades
"Far across distance and spaces"

I hear your footsteps next to mine
My mind wonders to look for you
Near, far, or wherever you are 
"I believe the heart does go on"

"And my heart will go on and on"
As clouds line a lucid calm sky
Across I'll trace a note of love
Near, far, or wherever you are

The repeated mantra "My Heart Will Go On" a strong imagery and longing is wonderful. Amazing lines like "Emerging day, crisp nature shades" describe a story of searching for someone dear, while the reference to Céline Dion adds another layer of emotion.
