Where's Joe

I once was included, I use to have a family.
Now I'm excluded, and it seems like nobody can stand me.
I tried to talk and interact but you don't really even listen.
If one day I was gone, you'd probably not even know that I was missin.
There's about to be changes in my life and you more than likely won't know.
Instead you can look around and wonder, where's JOE?
