Wherein Is It Written

Wherein is it written
That we are any less
Than God says we are?
Are we not His blessed?

And wherein is it written
That all is dark and lost?
Do we not remember
That Christ paid the highest cost?

And wherein is it written
That our lives are second rate?
Do we not remember
The One we imitate?

And wherein is it written
That we leave this life in vain?
Do we not remember
We conquer here in Jesus Name?
