Where Were You Dad
When I was growing
when I suffered emotionally
when I suffered financially
where were you dad?
When I tried committing suicide repeatedly
when I felt unconscious
when I was almost a beggar
where were you dad?
When I felt as a burden
when I cried every time
when my head started aching
Due to deepest thinking
where were you dad?
You simply got lazy
and started behaving crazy
You followed your wrong thinking
You took care of the ones around you
and forgot the one far
Why did you let me seek
when you was not sick
why did you forsake me
where were you dad?
