Where We Meet
Golden wheat so sweet where we meet discreet
Eager to see glitter flicker in your eyes and brilliant smile
Picnic of ardent flames as I shiver looking at you, feeling complete
When I’m lying wrapped up in your arms awhile
Summoning songs filed as I sing, my heart beats
Meanwhile caught up in the touch, slow and steady rush
Capture those fluid moments written in music sheets
As I near, I disappear in the scent of your hair, I hush
Journeying through treasured memories where I long to be
As I wander through this wonderland of music, I hear
I can feel the magic floating in the air where it begun
Rehearing verses pulling me out of time so endearing
Laughing with you in the new found rain and sun
