The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Where Spirits Never Die

I'LL DROWN IN COLD RIPPLES
AND I'LL PRAY TO MY ANCESTRAL GODDESSES
I'LL INFUSE REMNANTS OF MY PAST WITH HIS PERFECT FUTURE
OH HE IS, HE IS MY FAVORITE OF ALL THE MOCKINGBIRDS I OWN
I AM IN MY TINY ROOM REACHING, FOR THE TWILIGHT BEYOND MY WINDOW
I'LL DANCE WITH THE FRANGIPANI, ONLY PINKS, REDS, AND WHITES
AND I'LL CALL HIM VERMILION SINCE IT'S BLOTCHED ON HIS WINGS
I'LL DROWN IN HIS LUSCIOUS NATURE, HIS WITTY WAYS
AND I'LL PRAY FOR HIS FREEDOM
LOVE IS PELLUCID

Not seen much of you for a while, Chante...hope everything is well with you and the world? As for your poem - absolute brilliance!! If I was judging the contest this would be the one they would all have to surpass to have any chance of winning...and there would little chance of that happening I can tell you. This is magnificent!! My very best regards, Chante. :) john
