Where Roses Grow
Through the windows of her soul,
She waters her cheeks with tears
Where roses grow and blossom;
She peers upon her garden,
A place of sweet fragrance
As drops rest upon her petals.
I see her secretly dry them
Hidden behind the lattice;
I enter through the threshold.
Tracing her tracks of tears,
I pick a few of her flowers
And plant my kisses there.
