Where Lies the Truth
So many reasons she could have lied
Fear....
Arguments avoided....
The truth....
Just to name a few
But she chose the truth...
In all it's pain...
All it's flaws...
In her heart she knew it would be a lie
To walk away...
Be free....
Because it all came back to you
You are still her beating heart...
You are her soul....
You are all she knows..
She chose to stay caged...
Her wings clipped...
She still chose you
Because you are the truth
Even if it sometimes hurts...
