Where Is Peace Hiding
Where is peace hiding?
In the midst of the woods?
Perhaps it's dormant in the square
where famous feet have stood
Or does it lie on ocean floors
Where daring ships have failed?
on blood-soaked lands
where men have died
and wounded hearts have wailed?
Where is peace hiding?
Within our minds
or does it still exist?
It may have never lived at all
Perhaps it's but a myth.
