Where Is God

where is God?

red is the earth
black are the skies
lifeless are mortals
withered are the plants
against the tides, the ocean flow

air siezes to blow
night siezes to fall
day siezes to break
the angels occupy the earth
 but there is no God

not a judgement day, but
man has cursed the world
he forced the sword off its sheat
thrust in the heart of Him
yet there is no God

Where is God?

the thunderous voice asks
after,
the clouds break
the earth lives again
the mortals wake and hearty
the plants green again
the air is free
the angels fly above
and return to heaven

This is God.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
