Where Have You Gone

Where have you gone, my child? O where have you gone?
this world may tempt you, but I'll not let it through;
Open your eyes, you'll see, I'm leading, you.

   Chorus-> My ways, are not your ways, and my thoughts, are higher,
   than yours. You know that I love you, and I am your GOD,
   O where have you gone, my child?

Where have you gone, my child? O where have you gone?
you think that your hiding, just out of, my sight,
you cannot cover, the tracks that you leave.

   Chorus-> My ways, are not your ways, and my thoughts, are higher,
   than yours. You know that I love you, and I am your GOD,
   O where have you gone, my child?

Where have you gone, My child? O where have you gone?
Know that I'll find you, nothing can hide you,
I'll openly guide, and quietly bind, you.

   Chorus-> My ways, are not your ways, and my thoughts, are higher,
   than yours.You know that I love you, and I am your GOD,
   O where have you gone, my child?
