Where Does Our Soul Live

WHERE DOES OUR SOUL LIVE WHERE DOES OUR SOUL LIVE IS IT TRAPPED IN OUR HEART IT’S JUST A MUSCLE THAT PUMPS BLOOD TO EVERY PART WHERE DOES OUR SPIRIT RESIDE IS IT TRAPPED IN OUR BRAIN IT’S JUST A FLESH COMPUTER THAT ALLOWS THE BODY FREE REIGHN WHERE DOES OUR ETERNAL ESSENCE LIE IS IT TRAPPED SOMEWHERE DEEP INSIDE OR IS IT A COMBINATION OF CELLS IN WHICH THE BODY RELIED I CAN NOT ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS IF IT’S THE HEART OR THE BRAIN I SIMPLY DO NOT KNOW WHERE OUR ESSENCE REMAIN FOR ME, I THINK IT’S SEPARATE FROM ALL OF OUR PARTS YET I THINK IT’S THE TOTAL OF OUR CELLS, BRAIN, AND HEARTS I KNOW IT’S CONFUSING YET SIMPLE, YOU SEE LEAVE ALL THIS TO GOD HE IS THERE TO SET OUR SOULS FREE

Very good dissection of what it is really like, Timothy. BTW, there is a typo in verse 2, the last word "reign."

What a deep and thoughtful write....We read in the beginning to that God breathed into Adam's nostrils the breath of life and man become a living soul. I believe that only God knows the miracle of how that happened. I also believe that when we die...our bodies return to the soil, and our breaths back to the Creator. When Christ comes again...THEN we will receive immortality. :) My thoughts on this dep write. My Daddy was a pastor...

One of my biggest fear is that one day man will find answers to questions like where is god, and where is the soul. We were not meant to know some of these things. I hate to think what we would do with knowledge like this.
