Where Did It Go
Love my heart yearn in every color,
I try to grab it with my fingertips,
Trying to image it in my mind,
Trying to recollect the feeling,
The warmth the radiated my body,
The happiness that filled my smile,
The joy that swallowed my tears,
Looking in every corner trying to find it.
We had it once where did it go?
My heart is hollow where our love us to be.
It disappeared without a trace or essence.
Leaving we in this maze
Where there is no entrance or exit.
Closing my eyes dreaming that it will come back.
But I wake up in reality where I have nothing.
Do I keep trying to find our love?
Or just remember it as a memory?
Is it better to love?
Than to never have love at all.
Was what we had love,
Or never love at all?
