Where Beauty Resides
Just like a beautiful flower, outer beauty
fades and withers away.
But the inner beauty remains; it doesn’t
fade nor wither away.
It stays the same long after the outer
shell has gone.
Because our inner beauty resides in
our soul.
We mustn’t dwell much on the outer
appearance.
It’s the inner beauty that needs tending
to.
Inner beauty is seen in one's character,
such as a kind and loving attitude.
Find your inner beauty and let it shine
and represent you.
For it will be remembered long after
you're gone.
So make sure you tend to it by cultivating
and watering it daily.
