When You Know It All
Friends let's talk! You see at one time in my life
I thought I knew all that love and life would bring.
At one time the path of life was clear and new
One time I knew everything Oh at that time I was ten
And from ten to twenty years My laughter was loud
Even when I was told to shut my mouth
I could not know how. Now the time has passed seemly so fast and
the memories I have had yes great expectations created words
to express
my laughter my love and my joy have remained in my songs in the
struggle or in the efforts of life. You could hear my voice my tones! All day long! Many battles were fought no doubt. Many lessons were taught
I learned the hard way when to shut my mouth
