When You Close Your Eyes

When you close your eyes

When you close your eyes
everything that you see
is spectacular in it's beauty
life is good for all equally
all you have to do is
close your eyes

When you close your eyes
life is good, life is great
time to really celebrate
life is good,  life is great
if you keep repeating it
you can convince yourself
that it's true...
all you need to do is...
close your eyes.

When you close your eyes
there is no more hunger
no more sadness or pain,
when you close your eyes
the sun forever shines,
never a grey moment of rain.

When you close your eyes
the whole world shows true
loving kindness, 
but the sad truth is that
there is no cure
for willful blindness.
