When you are wavering
Wallowing
Wailing
Get out of yourself
Climb into the soul range of your heart song
Do something for someone else
Uplift them
Inspire them
Enthuse them
There is no better way to insure
That you can leave the quagmire of dodrums
far far behind
If you are not wavering, wallowing or wailing
it is because you are dancing your powerful dance
of helpfulness and living in the community of happy spirits
who know how to uplift and love each other.
