Destiny- everyone's final day..."sometime, somehoW" 
On our "dying day" "we will walk" along the lord's patH 
Onto the "stairway's steps"- abovE 
Seeing "God's gates gently' OpeN
 
The evil "doer's doors"- "beneath; beloW" 
"Purgatory's prophets" stuck in the middlE 

A "call to all" - "be good, we shoulD" 
Heaven- a "space in place" for you and I 
Rest in "peace, decease" ...when you diE

Golly, Connie just died a few days ago. We never know when, or how we will go. Many do not believe in God at all. They think it’s a fairy tale?? They think..I will just end up somewhere. Suggest those start reading the Bible. Old or New Testament. Pamgie xx

I saw this as a contest and found it too difficult for me. You did very well. Death is merely a passage from earth to our deserved place. Let's pray we enter the pearly gates. Excellent poem.

A fine entry Charlie. This Verse Poem gives great advice, "A call to all be good, we should." The dying date is wonderfully conveyed by your truthful words. We should take your advice from your Poetry. Best wishes for the contest. Ps I read a comment to Milton about you installing carpeting for 48 years, Wow! That is incredible. I installed when I was in high school for about two years. Started out as a tech and worked my way up. It was the hardest job I have ever done. Those rools weighed a ton

then the tackless strip application, pad, and prep work was tough. Your skills in your craft I can appreciate, but the hard work for that length of time kicking the carpet and using a power stretcher is an incredible feat you accomplished until today. Wow.
