When Peace Is War

Have you heard
peace is war
fight for peace
kill for life
slit children's throats
for your child
you never had
bombs of love
limbs lost with care
blood and brains
lye on the streets
peace is pretty
when painted red
mothers fathers
offspring dead
convinced its for their good
their different their wild
killing them we should
bombs rip
metal flies
through your skull
all our bodies fall
peace for all
