The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

When Loving Her Still Hurts

When every woman that you meet,
every meal that you eat,
every forbidden sweet treat,
still reminds you of...her.
When moonlight at midnight,
is an oversight,
your feelings airtight,
in your body a firefight,
your thoughts still drift to...her.
When the air that you breathe,
has your body deceived,
and you wander if its possible,
that she needs her's relieved,
but the impossibility of it all,
makes your brain concede,
that loving her still hurts,
and, its a real mind blower.
You're still wrapped up.
You haven't moved on.
You haven't moved up.
The only thing left to do,
is move over.
