When Love Runs It's Course

By ways & means
I'll see it through.
And with my strengths
New paths I will pursue.

I've grown in strength
& in confidence .
no thanks to us
In our failed loves pretence.

I've grew with you
Along the way
I've been pained & burnt
In loves dismay.

Not always was our love a shame
There was once a time
We both gave a damn.

But restricting views
& opinions expressed.
Left alot in love
To be addressed.

So now to you I bid farewell
& wish you luck within your travels.
I won't be dawned, I will fight back
Regaining my strength as life unravels BY ANNA SABRINA TATE 25TH OCTOBER 2019
