When Love Knocks On Your Door

When love knocks on your door, Pretend you didn't hear, Coz if it's meant to stay, The knocks don't fade away, And when the knocks are insistent, Only then the love is persistent. Oh, there are different kinds of knocks, The ding-dong and disappear, Like an old flame's premiere, The rap-tap or a gentle ting Of a right person-wrong time kind of fling, The rut-tut-tut sounds of a wholesome one, The unexpected, butterfly-in-your-stomachs kinda one, Oh, there are different types of knocks, Choose them wisely, you wily fox.
