When Love Is Pure

When love is pure, a beauty calls my name,
to see her light upon my guilt and fear,
I hide my heart behind these walls of shame.

I used to think that love was just a game,
and played the best but never drawing near,
when love is pure, a beauty calls my name.

Until the day she took my heart to tame
with gentle kindness, love then became clear,
I hide my heart behind these walls of shame.

In her embrace, my past remained the same,
how can I be worth this, her heart so dear
when love is pure, a beauty calls my name,

In that first kiss my soul released its blame,
her love dried the very last lonely tear,
I hide my heart behind these walls of shame.

Her touch incites my soul to dance in flame,
to enter in the light within her sphere,
when love is pure and beauty calls my name,
I hide my heart behind these walls of shame.

When love is pure, godliness is near. Smile, Beautiful write, in spite, of what you were before, she called your name. Now things will never be the same. Very though provoking, rhyme here in reality, Jem. Sincerely, Love Moses
