When Love Is Not
When love is not
A man meets a woman
And thinks she loves him in return
The kissing
the hand holding is the same
but something, something is wrong
after making love, she turns her back
away from him, not speaking.
He fell sadness and emptiness after
the tryst that ends in silence.
Something, something is wrong
He knows that in his heart
He waits for an email or a phone
That she has met someone else and
When the call comes will no shatter
Him, blaming himself for confronting
Her asking what was wrong.
