When Life Was Perfect
those illusory days which rolled away like sapphire waves !
a dreamlike abode ~
cradled in an alluring landscape ~
a charming swing ~ swinging away innumerable times~
lots of eferevescent laughter, delightful hide and seek,
floating rainbow-tinged paper boats on a rainy day ~
and you ~ you were perfect!
you gave me the world~
a young girl's world full of tenderness and imagination...
never forgot to celebrate our life of togetherness ~
under the canvas of an ultramarine sky,
a panorama of pearlescent clouds gliding by...
among the dew-touched flowers unwrapped at dawn,
which embraced us with a cadence of love...
but, as much you tried, I tried,
that life fell apart,
life was not perfect any more!
can you bring me back those moments?
when every moment was miraculous dew-drops on lotus-leaves,
shaking, quivering... almost disappearing~
fragile, but mysteriously permanent!
you are still perfect~
there was never any other you~
