When I See Your Face
When I see your face
I am reminded
Of how bad you hurt me
And how you left me behind
It all comes rushing back
How much I wanted
How much you lack
Then I remember
You're not mine anymore
When I see your face
You fill me with joy
I love you so much
I could kill for you
Somedays you are the thing that keeps me alive
Keeps me breathing
Makes me thrive
I will never let you go
There's no need to show
You're just always there
When I see your face
My heart starts to race
It's like I can’t breath
Sometimes I wish you'd just leave
But then I want you to stay
Why do I always push you away?
I love you
But I hate you
I wish I could just make up my mind
So we could go back in time
Don't try to fix me
I'm not broken
Your love to me is like a token
You are mine
And I am yours
