When I Met You
I was a man
Floating on the sea
Just forgot about
No moon in the sky
No waves to ride
Just left alone at sea
I was a man
Lost in space
With a dream to fly
No wings on my back
But when I held your hand
I could
Walk on the sea
Fly to the moon
Touch the stars
I was coasting along
Just getting through the day
But I found the meaning of life
When I met you
touched your face
Looked into your eyes
And kissed your lips
