When I Look At My Past
WHEN I LOOK AT MY PAST
I see a stranger looking back at me
As if haunted by bad decisions
Children in the playground
Spinning furiously on the merry-go-round
Old ladies with stern looks
Faces like Cabbage Patch dolls
Where have I been all those lost years
Wandering aimlessly in a sea of alcohol
