When I Grow Up

"When I Grow Up"

When I was five, I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up.

I told them I wanted to be a princess.

When I was eight, I wanted to be a waitress.

When I was twelve: a teacher.

When I was sixteen: a doctor.

Now when asked what I want to be in the near future,

I know exactly how to respond.

I want to be happy.
