When I Dance

My pink and gold tutu,
oh, how I sparkle and shine.
Twirling around on pointed toes,
performing my own ballet.

I feel the music in my heart,
a soft melody just for me.
I smile and bow to the joyous crowd,
as cheers and claps fill the air.

Oh, what a wonderful sound—
the music, the magic, the joy.
A little dancer on the stage,
living her dream while at play.
