When God Looked Down
When God looked down upon the earth,
And decided who I would be,
He knew the life that I would trod
His love would help guide me!
When God looked down upon this earth,
God saw what I had become
He still knew the road that I would take
He knew where I had come from!
When God looked down upon this earth,
And His eyes met mine in tears
He knew the road had brought me home
He knew it would guide me here!
