Notes About The Poem

When Dark Clouds Gather

When Dark Clouds Gather
by M. Griswold

Dark clouds gathering, gathering around.
Enticing you give up your moral resound.

Drifting in and out of your inner thoughts.
Tormenting you so, twining to little knots.

Reaching down somewhere deep within.
Are those dark clouds of doubting sin.

As they envelope and sadden your soul.
You struggle and search to regain control.

Then, just when you think all's done and lost,
you remember how much your soul has cost.

Recalling the price for which you were bought.
Is the key to victory over the dark clouds fought.

Hello Mitchell Griswold, when dark clouds gather it is hard to get away from them. It is always a battle. It is a battle that is won. Enjoy your day my friend. Be saf5e.
