When a Woman's Heart Bleeds
WHEN A WOMAN’S HEART BLEEDS
I
Life is a polar
Devoid of poise
Misery and solitude becomes her solace
The emotional tie loses its saltiness
Because it has been severed
Awed, she rises trying to affirm her sanity
In a world full of insanity
But all she sees is an almanac of pain
Filming, engulfing her vision.
She tries to give meanings to words
To explain her milieu of sobriety and lugubrious looks
Yet no answers are formed.
II
She flairs up at the slightest altercation
Always in a state of limbo
Tears becomes a comforting bliss
The last glimmers of hope flirt
Through her fingers and slip into oblivion
She has lost all hope of a life full of glow.
III
Protect thy heart
Never give it out for no just cause
Wolves in men ravage constantly
Looking for lambs in women to devour
They are ready to pounce on anything.
But ye created the allowances, so why complain?
Never! Never!! Give out thy heart for no justifiable cause
Let love take its natural cause
Let it flow unbridled and unhindered.
