When a Woman Loves
When she says ‘let me be’
She means ‘stay with me’
When she says ‘don’t let me go’
She means ‘treat me right’
When she says ‘I don’t want you in my life’
She means ‘stay with me forever’
When she walks with you in the rain
Her heart melts but she hides it
So you don’t see it
When you leave her all alone
She forever complains
When you tell her you are cold
She hangs around you and plays
She is never blank in memory
Cuz her every though you fill
She is ever ready to tell your story
And all night her dreams you fill
She loves purely
Remains faithful
Cares deeply
And play the fool
All for your love to stay.
