Whats the Point

What's the point of the human race
if it's not to learn about each
other eye to eye and face to face?

What's the point of the earth
if it's not the home where humans
live, learn and give birth?

What's the point of eating food and
drinking water if not to live a life
of peace, law and order?

What's the point in being alive if living
and killing is what lives on the
inside?

What's the point of war if not
to destroy the earth and all we
worked for?

What's the point of me writing this
to you if not to share the work that
we all must do?

What's the point of love and loving
each other if not to make the world
a more peaceful place for our children
and theirs too?
