Take a picture 
Crop it 
Hold on  I mean stop it 
Make the picture clearer 
Take a look in the mirror 
Pat yourself on the back
You are doing a great job 
Not an opinion 
Just facts 
You wear many hats 
You are the perfect  team 
You have all the potential by any means 
I think I'm almost  through 
But are you

What's keeping  you 
From being all that you can 
Are you relying on God 
Or listening  to man 
What's keeping you

Don't give up

Here I am once again 
Working  
That's it 
You give your all to employment  
When sometimes you want to quit 
But you keep fighting 
You keep working 
Even in the inside you really hurting 
What happen to all of your dreams 
Did they get put away 
For you to display 
You are brilliant 
You are amazing
God is working with you 
You were worth saving (saving) 
You have a gift you have a choice 
Do you just remain silent  
Or use your voice
