What's On My Leg

I was making an RN home visit
one day to a woman who was quite 
dismayed
She wanted to show me something
and wondered what I had to say
She showed me an area on her calf
Had been to various doctors who said
they had never seen anything like it
nor had their staff
Nor had I
She said it just appeared, no pain
no injury, no burn, no swelling
" so what the hell is it ?? "
It looked like a square, black grid
she tried to keep it covered and hid
I told her there was only one explanation
  ###### ALIEN IMPLANTATION ######

( true story--we had a good laugh--but this # sign is what it looked like !!! SO WEIRD !! #####
