Whats Not To Love

WHATS NOT TO LOVE

A shiny rock was all it took
To make me feel so nice and blessed.
If a rock I found on the ground
I felt I was the richest girl in town,
I would take out my rocks and show my friends.
A few would smile, but most looked grim.
No, “ooh- ahhs”, no, happy thoughts.
Well, I guess I’ll put away my rocks.
