What's Happened To Spring

The end of March what's going on Should be basking in the spring sunshine Somebody's lost their marbles The start of spring there ain't no sign There are more than a few things missing But I guess this will have to do April will be checking in before we know it Hatless...T-shirts...running shoes Surely it will be arriving in about a week But nothing garantees what we're dealth My daddy promised I'd be a very rich dude But ended life with no great wealth Well April WILL finally arrive no less All will be right with the world again Hard to believe the suffering we're enduring Some pills should aleaviate the pain

I'm a proponent of "Better Living Through Chemistry," Jack. One just has to be careful and never misuse it. Yes, hopefully, real spring is just a week away.

Jack, it looks like Jack Frost is bullying Spring. "Mother" nature needs to give him a 10-month time out in the corner. LoL .  I enjoy reading your poems. Hugs ~ Debra
