What's Greater

It doesn’t discriminate
It keeps us all down
We can’t control it
It’s powerful but doesn’t make a sound
It’s everywhere, but we see it nowhere
It has no smell and has no feel
And for Astronauts it holds strong appeal

Or

An oppressive force
Lifts some people high and puts others down
You may see its effects everyday,
So used to it that it doesn’t cross your mind
Can cause pain and misery whether for an individual, family, or community
It can discriminate and stereotype

So can you see what’s invisible to many,
but affects our lives daily?
Now answer,
what’s greater, gravity or society?
