What Would You Say Contest

Oh, sweetheart don't cry so much,
I promise you're loved and needed,
You have so much to look forward to,
Your life is not close to being completed.
You will have but one friend that's a keeper,
She will stand by you all through life,
And as many followers will start to roam,
You'll see her friendship has no price.
Please stay close to the honest ones,
Far too many fill us up with mistrust,
Keep your eye on the necessities,
But at times you may need to adjust.
As you get older you'll encounter death,
So stay close with friends and family,
Try to keep your gentle heart,
And you will love on happily.
You will endure many times,
Days full of pain and struggle,
Lean on the Lord as much as you can,
Ask your puppy for a little snuggle.
When he walks into your special life,
Stay yourself without condition,
Remain free and keep your trust,
Live a life with out constrictions.
That day will arrive you will get married,
A husband who gives you the universe,
He'll be your mate to your soul,
Lead him into your ocean fully immersed.
Before you know it you'll have a baby girl,
She'll become your reason to breathe,
Hold her all day and night,
Before you know it she'll grow up and leave.
One day you'll be my age,
Giving this advice to your own daughter,
Remember all the sweat and tears,
And you shall never faulter.
Here I am already 57 years old,
And I'll tell you a sweet little secret,
Love with all your heart and soul,
Make a promise and always keep it.
