What Would You Do

WHAT WOULD YOU DO if you
Found out your best friend was dying
Of cancer, would you stay with them
To the end or would you turn around
And run faster than the speed of light...
Well and WHAT WOULD YOU DO
If you found out your folks were broke
And going hungry, would you give
Them your last red cent or would you
Be selfish and keep everything you
Got for the love of your own life, well
I wonder WHAT YOU WOULD DO
I know, I know what I'd do...
WHAT WOULD YOU DO if someone
Really needed your help, would you
Help them or would you just think about
Yourself, would you give a stranger the
Shirt off your back or would you say I'm
Sorry I 've got my own problems right now
And simply walk away well I wonder, I
Wonder WHAT YOU WOULD DO...
I need to know 'cuz I can't spend the
Rest of my life with someone whose
Only out for themselves and if you ever
Had the chance to cheat on me
Would you give into temptation despite
Knowing my feelings for you well I need
To know and I need to know now before
I marry you, tell me, and tell me the truth
WHAT WOULD YOU DO if someone
Really needed your help, would you
Help them or would you just think about
Yourself, would you give a stranger the
Shirt off your back or would you say I'm
Sorry I've got my own problems right now
And simply walk away well I wonder, I
Wonder WHAT YOU WOULD DO...
