What Will Pass

Mother calls, for morning new,
bless our way with lilting dew.
Day bids night a fond adieu

Your piece takes me bacck to my childhood and mother's caution, "do not step in the dew barefooted, wear your shoes". My shoes were the plastic sandals or flipflops which did not stop the dew from invading the cuts on my feet. Thanks for the memory! Congratulations on a piece well-written and on your award.

A unique take on the picture. I am fascinated by how unique each person's response is to the picture. This one has an intriguing individuated unique perspective that is worthy pausing to contemplate. Made me think! Good luck in all things ... CayCay

yes i think that is one of the beauties of life that we can look at the same thing and see or feel something from a different perspective. I appreciate your curiosity, its one of the best traits! thanks for your thoughts
