What Will Be

What Will Be

Life is fragile, of this I am sure-
So many lessons to learn and trials to endure;

Then, just when you think you’ve got things figured out-
You’re bombarded with uncertainty, fears and doubt;

I’ve often wondered when this cycle will end-
But, am quickly reminded by my very special “Friend”’

That there will always be lessons that need to be learned-
Fears to confront and trials which leave us concerned;

“Things happen for a reason” so people say-
And, hopefully, that reason will become clear one day;

But until then I’ll try to accept what will be-
For all these things play a part in how I became Me…
