What Went Wrong

We've been together so long
What went wrong
You've changed
Maybe because of me
I can't see

What use to feel natural
Now does not fit
I've changed
You want to leave
I want to quit

How can we start over
This late in life
Our marriage has changed
No longer your husband
No longer my wife

And what about the children
What will they say
Our lives have changed
Will they forgive us
Or just walk away

We've been together so long
What went wrong
