What We See, Is What We Find

Welcome to my world Please, come on in I want to introduce you to someone Ironically, he's my worst enemy, and my best friend He's only three pounds He’s somebody you see, but don't know Some call it me Some call it the self I don’t show He is full of emotions One being irrational fear There’s visceral anger All vestiges from his ancient hominid years Our minds are special It’s where we live out our lives It’s where we perceive the world So clarify what’s wrong and what's right We need to make friends with our thoughts The ones dancing frantically in our mind Life is really what we make it - what we think it What we see, is what we find
