What We Had

I wish I could have been stronger
I was scared
I didn't know what to do
So I had to let you go
Now I realize that was the biggest mistake of my life
It hurts
I was so blind
I couldn't see
I couldn't see what we had
We had a love that is rare
You loved me and only me
You waited while I decided
How could I give that up
I miss you so much
I can't remember
The last time I really laughed
One thing I do know is that
I was completly happy when I was with you
I don't think I will ever find anyone like you
I know that I will never again have
What we had
