What Washes This Way
See them Iscariot eyes silver surfing,
filthy lucre foam
is left in their wake
You best be watching them,
when they’re evil eyeballing you
Dirty money laundry days a-rising,
grifter ink gloam ...
palms on the last take
Grimy worst, the dullest dim,
are midnight indigo shady blue
What washes this way
is soiled paper, scumbag nasty
What lurks in the waves
is avarice sawdust jaw snappy
Look at them Judas nose bark creepers,
sniffing for bones ...
make no shore mistake
They sho’ gon martyr discount
sell you out, with pirate plank parroting ease
Dross money laundry days has darker
hue, cerulean tones ...
abyss cry for greed sake
Flotsam feet peddling amount —
for a few silver coins, they will betray please
What washes this way
can’t blood guilty ever be washed Pilate clean
What sink in the waves,
be the anchor of souls bottomless pit dropping
