What Poem Form Is This Poem
*CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THE FORM OF THIS POEM IS!!!*
I am dead to the world,
but alive to myself,
for the voices give me company,
inside of my head.
I fell susceptible to society,
who altered my identity,
in which then I reached for help.
I reached to god,
who thought I was fraud,
for all that proceeded was silence.
I sold my soul,
to who later stole,
the light emitted from my day.
My shadow I see,
Looks nothing like me,
For the devil is all that appears.
The mirror I observe,
is all that I deserve,
for now the darkness overwhelms.
I am what I see,
despite not looking like me;
the death of my identity.
I am no longer existent.
I am dead to the world.
I am dead to myself.
