What Life Is

What if damnation is reincarnation
as a person people stray from,
not expression of anger or frustration
yet state our character stays in.

Born to be people whom never succeed,
prone to pain or addictive needs,
and rather than Hell we live free
as someone no one wants to be.

And it’s not eternal but consequence
as all recycle existence,
alike players of gaming systems
are destined but never written.

time spectrum always advancing,
preventing us second chances,
new opportunities be forgiven
rewards of a life worth living.
